Tender - Plant Hire 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020

Council proposes to invite tenders for the hire of Plant and equipment,with or without an operator, for the twelve-month period: 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. This Invitation includes the Conditions of Contract in Section 2, Specifications in Section 3 and the Tender Submission documents in Section 4. The form of Agreement is that of a ‘Standing Offer’ and it does not place any contractual obligation on the Council to hire or engage Contractors.

The application is merely a statement made by a prospective Contractor that they are willing to supply specified Plant and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

Tenders shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Council in Section 3, Tender Submission Documents, and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and the envelope marked legibly as follows:

Delivered by hand or by courier and placed in the:

So as to be received before the closing time and date for tenders.
