“TENDER RELEASED”
The Contractor is required to provide an effective security patrol Service for the common and specified tenancy areas of the Hillarys Boat Harbour, including public access areas, public ablutions, wharves/jetties/pens and ramps, boundaries of leased areas, parks and gardens, beaches, roads, paths and car parks, with the exception of those areas and tenancies excluded and further described and outlined in Attachment 2 to the Specifications.
Additionally, the Contractor is to respond to lessee building alarms whilst on patrol at the harbour and conduct some internal checks and lock-ups for tenancies as directed.
The Contractor provides an important and highly responsible Service, being the first point of contact (outside normal business hours) for the Customer and all lessees and stakeholders at Hillarys Boat Harbour
The skills and experience of the Contractor’s personnel allocated to provide the Services must reflect the level of responsibility charged to the Contractor.
The security patrol Service incorporates both foot patrols and mobile vehicle patrols.
Prospective tenderers are advised to review the prequalification requirements in the Request document, which include the requirements to:
Hold a current license in accordance with the WA Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996.
Attend the mandatory briefing session.
Be certified compliant with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management systems (or successor) by a JAS-ANZ accredited or equivalent certification body.
Have a safety management system that is certified compliant with AS4801:2001 or ISO45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (or successor) by a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body.
