Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to complete the construction and resurfacing of netball courts at Maitland Park, South Maitland. These works will include earthworks, pavement works, concreting and drainage works, demolition of existing courts, installation of wearing surface including plexipave and other associated netball court works.
This is a lump sum contract.
The works to be performed under this Contract include the provision of all materials, plant and labour, and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works associated with this contract.
All documentation submitted will be treated as confidential by Council and will be assessed by an evaluation panel under probity.
