Healthy North Coast Ltd, trading as North Coast Primary Health Network (NCPHN), is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide evidence-based psychological treatment services to improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of residents of residential aged care facilities located in the Mid North Coast (MNC) and Northern New South Wales (NNSW) to June 30, 2022.

RFP enquiries should be directed via the online forum. NCPHN staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFP.
The closing time and date for lodgement of Proposals is 9:00 a.m. Tuesday 11 June 2019.
