Request for Proposal: 100% HNZ Redevelopment Panel (Auckland)

⁠⁠⁠Housing New Zealand (HNZ) is refreshing its existing 100% Redevelopment Panel (Auckland) panel and is seeking proposals from organisations who can undertake the detailed design and construction of dwellings and wish to be added to the panel.

Please note that the Two Stage form of contract (Appendix B2 of this RFP) is currently in the process of being reviewed. Any amendments will be brought to the attention of shortlisted respondents prior to them being invited to sign the MoU.
