Chemical Pathology Laboratories – NSW Health Pathology

The NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) – Chemical Pathology Clinical Stream recently invited suppliers of chemistry/immunoassay analysers to present to interested staff on current and future developments in the technology that is or, in the foreseeable future, will be available in Australia. The purpose of these presentations was to inform the group prior to a Statewide Tender Procurement process which will be undertaken later in 2019 to acquire the equipment, technology and associated products to deliver these services in our laboratories across the State.

At this time suppliers expressed a clear desire to understand more about our laboratory services through site visits to selected laboratories. NSW Health Pathology is now inviting suppliers to attend the following site visits: -
Concord Hospital 3 June 10:00am – 12:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Gosford Hospital 4 June 9:00am – 11:00am and 11:00am – 1:00pm
WyongHospital 4 June 2:00pm – 3:00pm and 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Wagga Wagga 10 June 10:00am – 12:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Westmead Hospital 12 June 10:00am – 12:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm
RNSH Hospital 13 June 10:00am – 12:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Prince of Wales Hospital 14 June 10:00am – 12:00am and 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Attendance at the site visit will be strictly limited to 2 people per supplier. For each site the second timeslot will only be used where the numbers of attendees exceed the group capacity. A location map for each site will be supplied prior to the site visit.
