This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Service Delivery Office (SDO), is seeking to engage a suitable vendor to design a culture change program by 30 June 2019, to be delivered during FY 2019/20. This program must establish:
• a common identity across the SDO with which all staff can identify;
• greater understanding of different work styles and how to capture the benefits of this diversity in decision making and performance;
• a feedback approach which enables progress to be monitored and demonstrated, and foster positive behaviours;
• enabling resources to support achievement of the culture change; and
• a clearly documented action plan which sets out the activities, governance structure,roles and accountabilities required to achieve the culture change.
