Council is seeking the services of a qualified and suitable organisation to provide an integrated Gateway Payment Service between nominated car parking pay station machines and our banking institution. The proposed integrated Gateway payment service must provide real time payment processing solutions.

As part of the quotation submission the respondent has the opportunity to upgrade or replace the card payment terminals inside the nominated parking infrastructure at their discretion.

Replacement or upgrade of any infrastructure and or works must take place between 2100hrs 24 June 2019 and 0630hrs 25 June 2019.

Through this quotation process, Council intends to provide effective and secure customer interactions and efficient services for our payments made by our customers in the nominated parking stations.

The contract is for a period of three years only.

Quotations close at 2pm on 30th May 2019 and must be fully received by this time.
