Expressions of Interest – Asbestos Removalists

⁠⁠⁠Upper Lachlan Shire Council (ULSC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for licenced Asbestos Removalists which will be short listed and entered into the Council’s preferred suppliers lists. Once the preferred suppliers list is compiled, suppliers will be selected based on their capabilities to supply quotations for priority asbestos removal/remediation works.

The applicant is expected to have extensive asbestos removal knowledge and shall detail their removal/remediation capabilities and how they fulfil statutory requirements. The applicant will also be required to conduct investigations to complete asbestos removal control plans and comply with the ULSC Asbestos Management Plan.

Applicants must complete a written EOI, complete the “Asbestos Removalists EOI Application Form”, and provide supporting documents and photos of prior works. The form can be downloaded from: www.upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au/council/tenders-rfqs-and-eois. Enquiries can be made to Council’s Building Maintenance Officer by calling 4830 1000.

EOIs should be labelled “Expression of interest – Asbestos Removalist” and addressed to the General Manager via:

EOIs close at 4.00pm on Friday, 14 June 2019.

Late responses will not be considered. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Expressions of Interest (EOIs) without assigning any reason.
