Tender Description
Maranoa Regional Council invites tenders for the lease of the land located at Lot 2 Plasery Road, Mitchell, for a period of two (2) years. The land has an area of 32.375 hectares and includes a connection to the water reticulation network. It is Council’s intention that the successful lessee will use the land for stock grazing.
After the evaluation, and if a suitable Tenderer is selected, Council will prepare the Lease for signature by both parties.
