Master Plan

⁠⁠⁠The University of Canberra (UC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to develop a Campus Master Plan for the University of Canberra campus in Bruce, Canberra.

UC has embarked on a comprehensive development plan that will see the campus transform into an integrated learning community where academics, students and the public come together in a seamless knowledge-sharing space. The planning for this transformation is being driven by a vision of how universities will operate in the future, abolishing the boundaries between the academy, industry and community of all ages, establishing UC as a showcase of the confluence of living, learning, innovation and entrepreneurship.

UC's Campus Estate team is seeking to engage a professional consultant or group of consultants to review and consolidate the University's past Master and Urban Plans and develop one new Master Plan for the campus, to guide the planning, development, construction and management of the campus with a focus for innovation over the next 25 years.

The procurement for the consultant will be managed via a two-stage approach involving both an Open Expression of Interest (EOI) to establish interested parties whom can demonstrate sufficient understanding of UC's needs, and a later closed market Request for Proposal (RFP) from those shortlisted during the EOI.

It is expected that the new Master Plan will be completed in 2019
