Support and Administrative Services for The Ocenia Customs Organisation Small Craft Application

⁠⁠⁠Development of a small craft data collection and reporting application (app) that is being developed on behalf of the Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO).

The OCO is a multinational entity established to improve security, trade and collaboration between member nations across the South Pacific region. The OCO Small Craft app is a mobile application used by border agencies in OCO member nations to track the movement of small vessels throughout the Pacific region.

The Department, on behalf of the OCO, requires a suitably qualified and capable external provider to provide hosting, support and administrative services for the Ocenia Customs Organisation Small Craft app.

The external provider shall be engaged on a 12 month contract, with an option to extend for a period of 1 x 12 months. Services are to be provided on a combination of retainer and fee-for-service basis invoiced monthly in arrears.
