Tender Description
This RFT seeks to engage a suitable Contractor to provide all resources required to complete subsurface and tunnel drainage maintenance works throughout the Hunter Valley Network within FY20.
The scope includes:
* Six (6) of Subsurface drainage systems; and
* One (1) Tunnel subsurface drainage system
Registration: Tender documents must be obtained after registration (see option below).
Enquiries: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see option below).
Submissions: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below). This Tender uses two (2) tender boxes as follows:
* The first tender box "06020 Section B Part 1 Comm" is to be used to submit Section B Part 1 Commercial Schedules, including the Excel based Fee Schedule; and
* The second tender box "06020 Section B Part 2 Tech" is to be used to submit Section B Part 2
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Closing date and time: As advised in the 'Details of Notice'. Submissions must be fully received by this time.
A Non-Mandatory Site visit / briefing is scheduled for Thursday 16th May, 14.30pm at ARTC Broadmeadow Office. Further detail is provided within the Invitation to Tender. You are required to confirm your attendance to the non-mandatory briefing via email to the Tender Contact Officer.
