The Public Trustee of Western Australia seeks the provision of Property Management Services to be supplied by a suitably qualified organisation that is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, or both a Real Estate Agent and Business Agent under the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978 to manage the Public Trustee Building located at 553 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia.

The Contract is for an initial period of five (5) years. There is one (1) two-year extension option exercisable at the sole discretion of the Public Trustee.

The current contract for property management services is due to expire on 30 June 2019 and it is anticipated that the new contract will commence on 1 July 2019, unless otherwise approved by the Public Trustee.
