Provision of routine servicing and testing of the chilled water, condenser water and potable water systems on the Smithfield campus of James Cook University and remote sites managed by the Cairns office of the Estate Directorate.

Monthly servicing and testing of the:
* condenser and cooling tower water treatment,
* the chilled water system, and
* trade waste treatment pits on the Cairns campus.

Six monthly Legionella testing of the hot water systems for the following JCU sites:
Smithfield campus,
John Grey Hall of Residence, Smithfield campus
Malanda Vet School,
Atherton medical training,
Daintree Rainforest Observatory at Cape Tribulation, and
Thursday Island sites; -

Six monthly biological and water chemistry sampling and analysis of the chilled water.
