yourtown is calling for experienced organisations to tender for the provision of its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to approximately 650 staff across Australia. It is yourtown’s intention to have this program facilitated by a single supplier with the capability and capacity to deliver the services in a timely, efficient, effective and confidential manner. Scope of Services The successful supplier will be able to meet all the requirements of yourtown’s Employee Assistance Program - including, but not limited to, the provision of: • Timely and easily accessible appointments; • High quality counselling for a range of issues, including family counselling and financial counselling, over a range of modalities; • A 24/7/365 emergency service; • Ad-hoc service related to critical incident management. The successful supplier will be able to service employees in the following regions across Australia: • South East QLD (Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Caboolture, Deception Bay, Redlands) • NSW (Western Sydney, North Richmond and Hunter Valley) • South Australia (Adelaide and Port Pirie) • Tasmania (Hobart, Glenorchy, Launceston, Burnie and Devonport). Ideally, the successful supplier will have experience servicing other not-for-profit community service organisations and will employ their own counsellors (rather than contract out to independent workers).
