Alterations and Additions to Tullamore Health Services

 Parkes Shire Council is calling for tenders for the Alterations and additions to the existing Tullamore Health Service including construction of a General Practitioners Suite.

Construction works involve the following:
* Extension of meeting/ day care room
* Addition of
* Reception area for 17 seats
* Reception area
* Pharmacy and Records store
* Practice Nurse/ Treatment room
* Disabled WC
* Tea room
* Teleconference room
* Store room
* Children's play area
*External treatments including landscaping to integrate the extension with the existing arrangement.

The proposed alterations and additions are depicted in the contract and drawings and specifications prepared by Geolyse Architects and Marline Building Services Engineers attached to the tender.
