Market research for the distribution, warehousing and strip/repair/test/condition report of hydraulic cylinders for excavators, diggers and loaders.

Rio Tinto is seeking to understand market interest from West Australian based suppliers with capability to perform the following tasks in relation to excavator hydraulic cylinders (EX3600, EX5600, WA1200). The current volume of cylinders is approximately 120 per annum with the potential to increase over time.

a) experienced hydraulic engineers with the ability to strip, repair and test cylinders including provision of a failure condition report
b) workshop facilities with capacity and equipment to perform tasks listed at point (a)
c) interest and ability to warehouse and distribute the cylinders required - acting in the capacity of an agent to a Chinese supplier
