RFQ201907 - Kangaroo Island Council owns and manages a public toilet facility at Stokes Bay, Kangaroo Island. Due to an increase in visitor numbers at the facility, the existing waste water disposal system for the public toilet is at capacity during periods of high visitation. Kangaroo Island Council has sought to upgrade the system to ensure the facility operates effectively into the future. The existing facility has a septic tank, second storage tank with submersible pump and a soakage trench. The new design incorporates the two existing tanks but will install a new submersible pump and soakage trenches.
Water is also being piped down the hill from two dams which requires final connections to be completed.
