⁠⁠⁠Property NSW (PNSW) are seeking to secure long-term leased office accommodation within Dubbo for Government occupation.

PNSW requires approximatley 3,000sqm of modern office accomodation, occupation commencing from mid-2021, for an initial lease term of 10 years.

In seeking to satisfy this objective, PNSW will consider:
* a Proponent’s capability and capacity to provide the required accommodation;
* the premises providing the appropriate quality of accommodation and surrounding amenity;
* environmental sustainability;
* commercial arrangements; and
* the accommodation being available for occupation by the prescribed time.
