Expression of Interest (EOI): Real Estate and Marketing Services - Lot 330 Clifton Street, Bunbury

⁠⁠⁠The City of Bunbury requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced selling agent for the marketing and sale of Lot 330 Ocean Drive, Bunbury.

The successful Respondent will be awarded exclusive listing of the property and will achieve the best sale price and return on investment for the City as their client.

The scope of works includes:
I. Provision of a detailed marketing and sales proposal for Lot 330 Ocean Drive;
II. Marketing and sales services with respect to all relevant aspects of the proposal (e.g. advertising, signage, brochures, direct mail, etc);
III. Liaison with the Principal's project manager with respect to marketing updates relating to the project;
IV. Compilation of database of potential purchasers;
V. Attend any on-site sales service requests as required;
VI. Presentation of offers to the City in a timely manner; and
VII. Provide the City with regular updates and report any change
