Iron Bridge Magnetite Project - Steel Thickeners

⁠⁠⁠At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, disassembly, packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of equipment, including the following:
* High grade concentrate thickener x 1 off at 25m for the process plant, which includes:
* Duty: derrick screen undersize thickening at a 697 t/h feed rate of 29% solids to achieve a concentrate density of 66% solids.
* Concentrate Thickener x 1 off at 48m for the Port Facility, which includes:
* Duty: concentrate thickening at a 2,992 t/h feed rate to produce an underflow of 65% w/w.
* The Steel Thickeners to include:
* thickener tank and all supporting structures, including rake, overflow launders and box, deflector cone and all ancillaries;
* all flocculant manifolds and spargers to allow the addition and adjustment of flocculant dosing rates;
* all instrumentation and instrument interfaces for local and remote interfacing, including wiring, cabling, junction boxes and marshalling panels as required;
* rake drive(s), lifting and rake brake devices, gearboxes, motors, shafts and required couplings;
* wear protection where required on each Steel Thickeners;
* rake drive hydraulic, lubrication and cooling systems – skid mounted or integral; and
* all fasteners for the Steel Thickeners to allow complete assembly.

Australian Standards apply to this package.

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2017 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
