Coffey International Development, is the Managing Contractor for the Laos Australia Institute (LAI) Program under Contract to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
Coffey International Development requires the design and delivery of aWomen in Leadership (WIL) for Gender Equitable Human Resource Development Program in Laos as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation in Part B, Specifications.
This will be a sole provider Contract held in Laos.
The term of the Contract will be from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. There may be an option for extension to implement more than one Women in Leadership program, subject to mutual agreement and DFAT approval.
