Tender Description
AF18/421 - This tender is for the routine/preventative maintenance and breakdown service of Council's automatic doors. Services required to be performed by the contractor falls within the following categories:
* Responsive Maintenance (breakdown service)
* Non-Urgent Responsive Works
* Preventative Maintenance
The contract period will commence on 1 July 2019 for a period of two years, up to and including 30 June 2021 with a further possibility of extension for up to one year with written consent of both parties.
