Expression of Interest E125/2019 Proposed Lease of Rivergums Caravan Park, Manilla

Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest for the Proposed Lease of Part of Reserve 82143, Rivergums Caravan Park, Manilla.

The Expression of Interest should include sufficient details to enable Council to fully understand the intended use and business to be conducted in the building.

The request for Expressions of Interest has been issued in the context of Council ensuring that the proposed lease of the site is consistent with Council's vision for the development of the Tamworth region as a major and vibrant regional centre.

Any Expressions of Interest should address the following issues in detail:
1. Identify the proposed use for the site and the rental being offered.
2. The only use being considered will be the use as a Caravan Park.
3. Detail how the use will be consistent with existing and proposed use.
4. Detail how the use will be beneficial to the Tamworth regional community and provide better community outcomes being direct, indirect and ancillary.
5. Provide details of the interested party(s) previous experience in carrying out a business.
6. Provide details of the financial capacity of the party(s) providing the Expression of Interest to carry out such works.
7. Provide details of the interested party's capacity and expertise to carry out the proposed business.
8. Any interested party must note that this is a Crown Reserve, which Tamworth Regional Council is the Crown Land Manager and Minister's consent may be required.

Closing Date is 11.00am 28 May 2019.
