Annual Maintenance of Air Conditioning Plant and Equipment

AF18/414 - This tender is for the annual routine maintenance of air conditioning plant and quipment in Council owned buildings (6 in total).

The period of maintenance will commence on 1 July 2019 for a period of two years up to and including 30 June 2021 with a further possibility of extension for up to one year with written consent of both parties. The City of Mount Gambier reserves the right to cancel the contract at the end of the first year having previously given three months written notice to do so.

This contract is for the provision of all labour and equipment to undertake the works in accordance with makers specifications, or if these are unavailable, in accordance with best industry practice.

For the purpose of this tender, "routine maintenance" can be taken to include capital upgrades to existing air conditioning equipment where such upgrade is identified as part of the routine maintenance carried out under this contract.
