Request for Tender Allawah Lodge Stage 1 Development Works

Stage 1 Works' are invited and will be received by the undersigned until 5.00 p.m., 7 June, 2019.

Coolamon Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake works to the Allawah Lodge Complex, located in Coolamon NSW. Proposed works consist of an addition to an existing sunroom, erection of new brick infill perimeter fencing, footpaths and associated landscaping works.

All tender submissions shall be for the full project, identifying both a lump sum project cost in addition to individual project component costs (for sunroom extension, fence, footpaths and landscaping works).
