Food and Beverage Operators - 2 Waterview Drive

Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Operators to enter into a Lease agreement for the use of a 120sqm premises (R4 - Mixed Use) located at 2 Waterview Drive Lane Cove NSW 2066. Proposed occupancy is January 2020.

EOI's must be submitted in accordance with the instructions included and deposited in the Tender Box located at Lane Cove Civic Centre, 48 Longueville Road, Lane Cove by no later than 5pm on Monday 27 May 2019.

No late EOI's will be accepted.
