We are seeking an energised and enthusiastic Engagement Lead to join the Digital Marketplace team. The role will help drive growth of DTA sourcing arrangements and play a key role in building buyer demand and providing account management and engagement support.
You will be working in an existing team comprising a product manager (Director), delivery manager, procurement specialist, user researcher, developers, service designer, operations staff and working closely with the engagement lead.
The Engagement Lead role will help drive use and growth of the Digital Marketplace and other DTA sourcing arrangements. You will play a key role in providing client service and account management support to key government buyers who are looking to use the Digital Marketplace and other sourcing arrangements for their sourcing needs. The position will play a key role in building buyer demand and increasing adoption of the service across government buyers.
You will use agile methodology and contemporary stakeholder engagement approaches. This means delivering at pace, being open to changing approaches and taking an appropriate attitude to risk.
