Disposal of Property Notice

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following properties;
Property – Old School Master’s Residence Party Involved – Denise Hocking, Rental - $11,468.80 pa (ex GST) as determined by Council Res # O0419-050
Property – Old Chemist Shop, Party Involved – Sara Hall Rental – $5,926.40 pa (ex GST) as determined by Council Res #O0419-051
