⁠⁠⁠At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, surface preparation and treatment, factory testing, disassembly and packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of Non-Magnetic Dry Rejects Conveying System, including the following:

* duty: conveying of 1950 dtph of non-magnetics “rejects
” dry rejects from the discharge point of the OPF dry rejects conveyor(s) into the Dry Rejects Storage Facility, and suitably stacking for further dozer operations;
* Solids SG: 3.1 t/m3;
* max bulk density of ore
* for Power Design: 2.0 t/m3;
* feed moisture content, max: 3.0 % (w/w);
* max material size: 8.0 mm;
* annual operating hours: 7,400 hr/yr;
* power supply: 415 / 50 V / HZ;
* wind region: C;
* feed conveyor belt width: 1200 mm;
* feed conveyor belt speed: 2.3 m/s;
* feed conveyor belt trough angle: 45 deg;
* portable, separately relocatable conveyor systems, complete with all supporting structures, including primary supporting steelwork, and all compliant lifting and towing points;
* tail and head chutes, including dust suppression systems;
* all instrumentation and instrument interfaces for local and remote interfacing, including all wiring, cabling, junction boxes and marshalling panels as required;
* all motors, gearboxes, drive shafts and all required couplings and / or drive belts;
* all lubrication and/ or hydraulic power packages as required;
* wear protection where required;
* all fasteners for the equipment to allow complete assembly;
* all maintenance tooling and protection devices;
* spare parts.

The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2025 Dry Rejects Conveying System is subject to internal approvals.
