Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Supply includes the design, manufacture, assembly, factory testing, disassembly, packaging for transport and loading onto transport, of 6 Secondary Crushing Cone Crushers, including the following:
* Duty: design feed rate of 1,950 dt/h per Cone Crusher;
* F100: 400mm F80: 162 ; P80: 43;
* Crushing Work Index (CWI) design: 21 kWh/t;
* complete with feed hoppers, wear caps, concave and mantle liners, and all other wear parts as required;
* motor, main drive shafts, all couplings, spacers, seals, and including any safety devices;
* all fasteners for feed hopper, crusher to base, concave and mantles, motor, main drive shaft assembly, hydraulic and lubrication systems; * all crusher maintenance and protection devices, including tramp detection and release systems, hydraulic pressure control and maintenance ability;
* all hydraulic and lubrication packages – skid mounted; and
* crusher electronic monitoring and control system, including software and hardware.
Australian Standards apply to this package. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSP2001 is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
