Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are requested for the construction of a building extension to N Block at Coffs Harbour Education Campus (CHEC) to relocate the construction and plumbing trades.
The new CHEC facilities will require an area of new build of 2,500sqm plus refurbished/reuse area (N Block) of 600sqm, giving a total building area of 3,100sqm. Approximately 90 – 100 car parking spaces will be required. Due to site constraints, these will be constructed in up to four (4) different locations.
