Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Air Conditioning Maintenance.

⁠⁠⁠The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (DoMN) the Client is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Air Conditioning Services for a number of core buildings owned and occupied by The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle and their internal agencies.

Submissions: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below) Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. NOTE: Responses are to be submitted as one pdf file.

Closing Date and Time: EOI's close at 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 29th May 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced EOI or all or any part of an EOI and reserves the right to conduct the EOI process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
