Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to complete the End User (Customer) Connections Works associated with the Parkes Recycled Water Scheme Project.

The main Project Aims are to:
* Provide connecting infrastructure between the recently constructed Recycled Water Rising Main termination points and existing irrigation infrastructure on specific End User Site around the Parkes town.
* Ensure existing potable connections to grass cricket pitches and non-irrigation facilities are retained or established as required.
* Eliminate all cross connections between new irrigation recycled water supply and potable water end uses.
* Seamless cutover from potable to recycled water supply.
* Support the implementation of the Recycled Water Control System.

The construction works associated with this project shall be completed on time, within budget and without WHS, environmental, community or quality incidents.

Ensure the Project Management of the project is conducted in accordance with the PSC PIMP and PMBoK Practices.

The design, construction, and operation of the work will be completed in line with the Golden Rules.

A MANDATORY Tender Briefing / Site Inspection will be held on Wednesday 15 May 2019 commencing at 10.30am. The Mandatory meeting will be held at the Project Management Office located at 203 Clarinda Street PARKES NSW 2870

Respondents are required to attend the Tender Briefing / Site Inspection. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY.
