Legal Aid NSW is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to auspice Sydney WDVCAS for the period 19 August 2019 – 30 June 2020. The Service Provider must be a non-government, not-for-profit, incorporated entity operating in NSW.
The primary role of the Service Provider is to provide support and direction to the WDVCAS to ensure compliance with the WDVCAS Service Agreement and WDVCAS Policy Manual. The Service Provider is responsible for recruitment and management of staff, financial management, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and overarching performance management of the WDVCAS. The Service Provider should undertake this role in close consultation with the WDVCAS Coordinator, who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Service.
