ITT 10/2019 Demolition of an Existing Building & Construction of a New Sporting Pavilion at Curtis Oval, Yates Avenue Dundas Valley

Council is inviting Tenders from experienced building contractors for the demolition of an existing amenities building and construction of a new Sporting Pavilion. The project involves the demolition of an existing two storey amenities building and separate storage building, and construction of a new single storey Sporting Pavilion.

Scope of work;
(a) Demolition of the existing two storey amenities building consisting of reinforced concrete floor slabs, masonry walls, metal roof sheeting and demolition of an existing single storey storage building consisting of a reinforced concrete floor slab, masonry walls and metal roof sheeting;

(b) Construction of a new single storey pavilion (amenities) building with a floor area of approximately 350 sqM at Curtis Oval, Yates Avenue Dundas Valley. The new building consists of a reinforced concrete slab, masonry walls, steel roof structure, metal roof sheeting, internal fit-out and concrete access ramps, stairs and footpaths. The construction includes a 100,000 litre water storage tank under the ground floor.

A decision regarding this tender will be made mid-July 2019, with works anticipated to commence August 2019.

No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via council's online forum or to tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box or in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at City of Parramatta Council's Ground Floor, 126 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 by 10.00am Thursday, 30 May 2019. 

Tenders close at 10.00am Thursday, 30 May 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
