Tender Description
The scope of work generally covers the construction of the carpark for the Walla Walla Early Childhood Centre and includes underground drainage as well as kerb and channel.
The proximity of a number of existing buildings will necessitate careful selection of compaction equipment in order to minimise potential building damage caused by vibration.
Contractors should be aware that the construction of the building may be ongoing or the building may be operational and coordination with the builder/operators will be an integral part of the project.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on site at 10am on Wednesday May 1st, 2019.
Tenders close at 2pm on Wednesday 29th of May, 2019.
