Tender Description
At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the Works comprise the provision of all equipment, personnel and facilities required to undertake the design, manufacture, packaging, transport, installation and commissioning of a 1000 person operations accommodation camp, including the:
* installation of 246 x 4 person transportable accommodation buildings;
* manufacture, transport and installation of:
* transportable laundry buildings and 2 person accommodation buildings; and
* key facilities including kitchen, wet mess, gymnasium, ice rooms, first aid, pool facility and locker rooms; and
* detailed earthworks, installation of services and landscaping.
Bulk earthworks, water treatment and waste water treatment facilities will be undertaken by others. The 246 x 4 person transportable accommodation buildings will be free issued.
Australian Standards and FMG permanent village specification will apply to the Works. The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project, including this package 662NSC1005 Operations Camp is subject to internal approvals. The procurement process or scope, may change at the IB Operations’ election, including to accommodate project budget and time requirements.
