Clean, Descale and Reline 525mm Sewer Main

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Offer has been prepared to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide structural rehabilitation for .33 Km of 525mm gravity sewer mains within the Tweed Shire using non-evasive technology. The intent of the rehabilitation is to increase the useful life of the asset and increase its level of service. Council is after a quality product and installation to ensure the longest possible future life for the asset.

This main has minimal flow through it. Pumped flow can be diverted and only minimal local gravity enters. The main is Cast Iron and descaling will be required to obtain a full bore. Traffic control is required for this work and any interruption to traffic requires advertising.

Council will manage contributing sewer pump station flows to assist work-sites. Manholes depths, pipe materials, CCTV information, flow estimates and expected flow control information has been provided for each site (refer to site plans for details).
