This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Human Services seeks an experienced seller/s with financial and system acumen who have the capability and capacity to review and redevelop the Department of Human Services' internal resource planning, cost management and budget framework.
The Department may engage one or more sellers to deliver the following fixed priced or capped price work packages:
1. Development of a financial framework that will support management of the ICT business/lifecycle;
2. Undertake an ICT shared services costing, pricing and charging review;
3. Provide financial management support including project financial management services for key projects;
4. Provide programme financial management services to assist with the major transformational work of the Department; and
5. Working with Departmental financial staff to design and implement a budget framework to meet the future needs of the Department's increasingly complex operating model. The framework will ensure retention of existing strengths and identify areas for improvement.
