Request for Quotation - Coonamble STP Scoping Study

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Regional Procurement is calling this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of Coonamble Shire Council for a Scoping Study on their Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP).

The term of the consultancy will be for an estimated period of 4 months from May 2019 to August 2019. This is an estimate ONLY.
Regional Procurement has been engaged by CSC to facilitate the RFQ process and the successful firm will be appointed by a Letter of Offer. Respondents are to particularly note the requirements of 'SPT591920COO Scoping Document' and 'Terms of Engagement for Consultants' documents.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfill the requirements of this Request for Quotation is invited to submit a response to Regional Procurement via the below website before the deadline at 10.00 am on 14 May 2019.
For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton NSW 2322 prior to the close of the RFQ.

Respondents must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Respondents document.Responsibility for lodgement of completed RFQ documents by the deadline lies solely with the Respondent.

Respondents are advised that CSC is not bound to accept the lowest response or any response submitted.
