Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for provision of real estate and property services.
Council is seeking to create a panel of preferred firms for the provision of a broad range of as-needed real estate and general expert property consultancy services. The range of services will include Review of current contractual practices, review of Council's retail and commercial leases, optimum tenancy mix investigations, acting as Council's agent in regards to acquisition, sale, lease and licencing transactions, targeting of best fit tenants, evaluation of tenant proposals, provision of expert real estate and property consultancy services etc.

Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Thursday 16 May 2019. Tenders received after the forementioned closing time will not be considered.

And shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
