The Council of the City of Sydney (the City or Council or CoS) invites tenders for the provision of Fleet Telematics, related devices and information system in accordance with this request for tender (RFT).

Purpose
To support the provision of services to residents, businesses and visitors, the City operates a fleet ~ 420 vehicles and major plant. Each vehicle operated by the City is considered a workplace for the purposes of work, health and safety legislation. In addition, one-third of the fleet are 'heavy' vehicles that are subject to Heavy Vehicle National Law NSW legislation (HVNL NSW).

The City is seeking to engage the services of a single supplier to implement and manage an 'as a service' or similar model for:
Supply, installation and maintenance of telematics and related devices (including but not limited to in-vehicle user interface and cameras)

Data transmission

Provision of related management information system

Provision of related workflow applications and systems integration (if used)

Tenders close at 11AM AEST on 8th May 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
