Prequalified TMR Road Construction Contractors at levels R3 / F20 and above are invited to tender for Bajool – Port Alma Road Widening and Safety Upgrade project on the Bajool – Port Alma Road.

Major works include Staged works to provide PUP trenching and road widening in a tidal environment; working onsite with Ergon Contractors to install new underground power network .

A mandatory Pre-lodgement meeting will be held at 10:30pm on Thursday 2 May 2018, at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Rockhampton Office located at 31 Knight Street, North Rockhampton, QLD 4701.

Tenderers are advised that the Queensland Charter for Local Content, Building Code 2016 and Queensland Code apply to this tender.

It is a requirement of any contract arising from this tender process that the Contractor or Consultant engaged will be subject to a Criminal History Check. See the Conditions of Offer and Conditions of Contract for further details.
