Tender Description
The Sunshine Coast Regional Council endorsed to fund the construction of a 15m2 café to be positioned in Happy Valley Park, Caloundra.
Tenders are invited for the 10 year lease of this commercial premises. Council will provide for the construction and partial fit out of the café which will include refuse and storage areas. The Lessee will provide their own cooking equipment to suit their chosen operation.
