The Treasury is currently working to replace the existing Federal Payment Management System (FPMS) which supports the end-to-end administration process for arranged payments from the Treasury to Australian States and Territories. The Treasury requires a replacement for the current system based on a combination of: • Microsoft Dynamics for user interface/client agency interaction, business process capabilities and to store non-financial data relating to the payments system; and • Document storage in accordance with the Treasury's records management strategy. The system will need to integrate with Technology One for financial data storage and other finance system (CBMS, Reserve Bank) integrations. The Treasury needs an experienced professional services organisation to lead the design, development and implementation of the system. A team with a proven record of agile project delivery, MS Dynamics CRM and HP TRIM and/or SharePoint development.
