Mystery Shopping

⁠⁠⁠Georges River Council would like to invite a suitably qualified consultants to undertake a round of the Mystery Shopper Program to establish baseline ratings in customer service for various Council facilities and services, and conduct ongoing quarterly assessments for a more agile method to assess and implement improvements. This round of Mystery Shopper program is to run over the course of approximately 15 months, with various time and channel contact requirements.

The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing quotations/tenders.
