Council is currently seeking Request for Quotes for undertaking backfilling works on various verges to help eliminate trip hazards.

Works will consist of the following;

Backfilling behind kerbing
Backfilling alongside footpaths
Backfilling around pit lids and all other trip hazards
Levelling of verges
It is expected that the material will be wet and compacted/rolled in place to stabilise, in some cases the whole verge area may not require backfilling.
