Tender Description
Conservation works to external fabric of State Heritage registered building Old Observatory including selective masonry conservation, cleaning and repointing, paint removal from south tower limestone window, rebuild lintel, structural ties to single storey west wall, selective paving header modification making ‘breathing’ strips, Oriel roof conservation including selective material replacement and repairs, new replacement painted gutters and downpipes, conserve iron downpipes, conservation and selective repainting of exterior joinery –windows and east verandah balustrade and posts.
